Following a board meeting held at Vincent Court on Monday 14^th April 2008. The Company is pleased to announce the following:

Patrick Sharkey has stood down as Managing Director, but will remain as Chairman.

Nick Heath was appointed as Managing Director.

Nick who joined the Company in April 1999 as an Estimator has proved to be an invaluable employee of the company. He was appointed as Commercial Director in 2004.

Kevin Sharkey ACA has been appointed Financial Director.

Kevin joined the Company in September 2006 from Grant Thornton LLP, where he worked as a Managing Auditor both in the UK and USA.

The Board of Sharkey and Co Ltd are delighted with the above announcement and congratulate Nick and Kevin on their recent appointments.
